This group class is designed to be either standing or laying down on a mat. It incorporates different props designed to deepen your practice, to challenge you further as well as to give variations to the repertoire. The aim of each class is to improve your posture, strengthen your core, give you more flexibility, muscle toning and create body awareness. Each class focuses on core stability, strengthening of the pelvic floor, shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral alignment and Pilates breathe.
Also developed by Joseph Pilates, this specialized machine helps you improve coordination, control and balance. The repertoire includes hundreds of movements with variations that will help you build & strengthen your core, legs, back muscles whilst toning your body overall, and improving your flexibility.
