Pilates Equipment

A class using different types of pilates equipment, such as Motr, alomg with hand weights, bands, balls, sliders and other props. It takes much faster than regular Pilates but keeps in line with Pilates principles and form. It will improve core strength and balance and is suitable for all levels.

Mat Pilates

Is a training system that uses slow and controlled movements, focusing on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibilty. It works in different muscle groups but every exercise focuses on the core muscles.

TRX Flow

TRx is a suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance and core stability.

Barre

Is a fun dance workout using loud and upbeat music. It increases the heart rate, burns calories, and strengthens the whole body.

Mobility

This class combines mobility exercises that help joints and muscles increase their range of motion. It is an excellent class to avoid injury.

Deep Stretch & Massage

Is not a yoga class. This class provides a deep full body stretch, beginning with a warm up, to allow the muscles to stretch to their furthest ability and safely. All levels are welcome as each exercise and stretch will be altered to each individual.

Legs & Bums

This class combines different elements of several disciplines from strength work, compound exercises, body weight exercises.

Belly Dance

As one of the oldest forms of dance, it promotes balance, strength, coordination and confidence as well as being a fun and highly expressive dance form.

Latino Cardio

Is a fun dance workout using loud and upbeat Latin music. It increases the heart rate, burns calories and strengthens the whole body.

Core Blast

With a lively upbeat vibe, this exercise focuses on your core which helps improve your posture, build strength and stability.

Morning Stretch
