Reformer

The reformer is a based-like frame that uses resistance springs to move a carriage back and forth. It targets small muscle groups, with emphasis in core strength. Pilates reformer helps improve posture, coordination, body control and balance.

Dynamic Stretch

Also developed by Joseph Pilates, this specialized machine helps you improve coordination, control and balance. The repertoire includes hundreds of movements with variations that will help you build & strengthen your core, legs, back muscles whilst toning your body overall and improving your flexibility.

Reformer Jumpboard

The jumpboard is a padded plate that replaces the foot bar on the reformer and provides an excellent and non-weight bearing method to increase heart rate. The Jumpboard workout is safe and much easier on the joints than running it offers low impact cardio and develops lean strength.

Pre & Postnatal Reformer

This class is taught by specialized pre and post natal insturctors. It helps to keep the body in shape especially strengthen the pelvic muscles.

Chair

The chair like the reformer is another piece of pilates equipment. It is basically a chair with two handles on either side and a pedal in front with resistance springs. It is great for standing or seated work and depending on the exercise it could be even more challenging than the reformer.
