Iva Markus
As an enthusiastic and creative Pilates instructor with a solid understanding of anatomy and movement principles, I bring a unique perspective to each session. With a degree from a Medical University and certifications in both Mat and Reformer Pilates with Balanced Body, I’ve cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the human body, which I integrate seamlessly into my Pilates practice. My journey into Pilates began to alleviate lower back and neck pain, challenges that intensified after becoming a mother. However, my dedication to fitness spans years, with a long history of engaging in both strength and cardio exercises.
In each session, I infuse creativity and empathy, drawing upon my diverse background to tailor workouts that address individual needs and goals. Whether it’s guiding clients through dynamic Mat routines or harnessing the versatility of the Reformer, I prioritize proper technique and alignment to promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
My goal is not only to help my clients achieve their fitness objectives but also to empower them to cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body. Through my blend of medical knowledge, personal experience, and Pilates expertise, I strive to inspire others to embark on their own transformative journeys toward improved health and vitality.

Susan Hunter
I became interested in fitness in the mid 90’s, just before I hit my 40’s and attended as many high intensity exercise classes as I could. I loved the feeling and the body I was able to attain through exercise that I decided I wanted to pursue fitness as a career.
I returned to the UK and studied to become a qualified fitness instructor in 2005 and after 3 years, I became an advanced fitness instructor. It was during this time I enrolled for a Pilates mat course, and this totally transformed my way of exercising.
The body awareness and control needed along with strength, flexibility and mobility was a life changer for me, and I felt this was what I wanted to concentrate on.
After completing mat courses, I went on to study Reformer and Cadillac. I have also completed various courses on rehabilitation movement and stretching.
I love teaching Reformer Pilates, and I strive to bring my clients awareness of muscle activation, muscle control and posture awareness.

Youmna Hobeika
Founder and Instructor of Feel it with over 26 years of experience.
I wanted to find a workout that I enjoyed and that allowed to be healthy and fit.
The only instances where I used to have so much fun and feel like I’m exercising in some sort of way, was when I used to put on my favorite song and danced to it, or when I was out for a party or wedding.. and then I thought why not build a workout out of it?
This is how Feel it started. Feel it really helped me stop worrying about working out. And I found my balance. I work out 3 times a week, sometimes more but the highlight of it is that I don’t feel like I’m working out. It has become a part of me. All you need is to START because at Feel it, we want you to feel your best self and enjoy working out.
